Emails are delivered 1 hour after you publish.
This hour is important as it allows time for various processes that need to take place, behind the scenes, to get the email ready, before we publish.
For example, we check every new email address for validity and anti-spam, which helps to improve delivery rates.
This time also affords you room to check over the email and make any edits before we publish. We send you a copy by email, or you can access it in your Diary. If you want to make any last-minute edits, you need to contact us within the hour, we suggest calling. Tap the menu to get the contact info.
Please note that this is only for email. When you send to Google, Facebook or Instagram, posts are delivered immediately.
