Contract Terms
- Working with Trebbly
1.1 Trebbly is a brand name of Book Your Lifestyle Limited, a company registered in England with our registered office at 3 Novello Close, Borough Green, Sevenoaks, TN15 8FT, with registration number 09392073. We refer to ourselves as, “Book Your Lifestyle”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
1.2 We refer to end user Customers as “Customer”, “user”, “users”, and Merchants as “partners” or “you”. The services we provide are referred to as the “Service” and “Points” means the points awarded by Merchants (partners) to users and “Orders” and “Goods and Services” mean the purchase of items you advertise and sell via our service, either offering a transaction by reward points or otherwise.
1.3 You are agreeing to give Book Your Lifestyle permission to use your business and data of Customers who register for our Service, for reserving, making orders and redeeming loyalty points and rewards through our websites Book Your Lifestyle and Trebbly, and for marketing and promotional purposes by Trebbly to those Customers of the Service, in accordance with the terms and Privacy policy that is accepted by Customers during registration to our Service and can be found on our website Trebbly.com.
- Our Service
2.1 These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Service operated by Book Your Lifestyle. The Service may be used by you to accept orders, promote your business and reviews via our website, issue loyalty cards, points and rewards to customers in exchange for promoting your business via social media or otherwise. These points transactions are processed through Book Your Lifestyle’s database created from Customers that attend your premises and use your goods and Services and through software, either on their phones or installed on an iPad/tablet provided by us at your premises. By registering with Book Your Lifestyle’s Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
- Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All intellectual property rights in or related to (a) Book your Lifestyle tablet application, (b) Book Your Lifestyle mobile application, (c) Book Your Lifestyle website, (d) Book Your Lifestyle marketing material, (e) Book Your Lifestyle services, (f) all trade names, trademarks and logos of Book Your Lifestyle, (h) all data collected by Book Your Lifestyle, shall at all times remain solely under the ownership of Book Your Lifestyle Limited. Book Your Lifestyle reserves the right to amend the intellectual property rights at any given time without prior notice.
- Liability
4.1 Book Your Lifestyle makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service and all representations, undertakings, warranties, terms and conditions whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.2 Except as provided in these Terms of Use, Book Your Lifestyle shall not be liable to you for any claims whatsoever including but not limited to those arising from loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings and/or any other indirect, special or consequential loss or damage whether arising under contract, negligence or otherwise out of or in connection with the Service.
4.3 Book Your Lifestyle accepts no responsibility or liability for claims against you from customers.
4.4 If we provide hardware (for example, an iPad, charger or cable), we shall not be liable for any damage or risk including personal injury and death caused by faults in or damage to such hardware such as fire / electric shock, caused by hardware (e.g. plug/charger wear), or direct or indirect loss to you such as loss of earnings by any malware or virus. You shall be responsible for maintaining adequate insurance to cover you and for complying with clear instructions from Apple including regular updates in software, as listed below and as updated from time to time:

4.5 Book Your Lifestyle neither excludes nor limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence or any other liability, the exclusion or limitation of which is expressly prohibited by law.
- Partner Commitments
5.1 The agreement regarding the redemption of points or creation of an order and the provision of goods and services which can be obtained by points or via an order created via our service is between the customer and you.
5.2 Book Your Lifestyle is not responsible for any disagreement with a customer with regard to goods or services in return for points that the customer may have accumulated, or an order that has been made via goods or products advertised by your business via our service.
5.3 It is your responsibility to provide accurate descriptions of goods and services. Book Your Lifestyle is not liable for any error or misrepresentation in these descriptions and shall not be liable for any of the goods or services you provide Customers.
- Term of the Agreement
6.1 You are agreeing to a rolling contract that will continue until cancelled. The period is outlined in the agreement you accepted. You are required to give one month’s notice prior to the end of the contract if you wish to cancel, either during the month if a one-month contract, or during the year if annual, and so on. Following an agreement between Book Your Lifestyle and you, you have a 14-day grace period by which to cancel at no cost.
6.2 If cancelled, it is your responsibility that the Book Your Lifestyle iPad and welcome pack be returned within 14 days in good working condition, should you have been provided with this in your plan. Failure to do so within this time period will result in a charge for iPad/tablet and welcome pack of £299 + VAT.

6.5 If you have been provided with hardware as part of your plan, you agree to take the required steps to keep the iPad/tablet/tablets and associated equipment provided by Book Your Lifestyle in good and working condition and insured if required. The tablet or tablets are the property of Book Your Lifestyle. If damaged, lost or stolen, Book Your Lifestyle are able to replace your tablet at a cost of £299 + VAT. Book your Lifestyle shall not be liable for any damage caused by the iPad/tablet.
6.7 Refer to your agreement for the price plan. All prices are + VAT.
- Terms and Privacy & Cookie Policy
7.1 By using the Service, you and your Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted our privacy and cookie policy, and website terms and conditions which can be found on our website at www.trebbly.com
- Miscellaneous
9.1 Book Your Lifestyle is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference: ZA122579. In the event that you collect any personal data directly from customers, you will be deemed the data controller of such personal data and will be under an obligation to comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.
9.2 For the avoidance of doubt, Book Your Lifestyle will not be obliged to provide you with any personal data of customers which would be in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998.
9.3 Any valid alteration to or variation of this Agreement or pricing will be published here and available to you at any time at my.trebbly.com.
9.4 If you have been issued with a prepaid data sim card for the sole purpose of enabling Book Your Lifestyle on the supplied iPad/tablet, you have a maximum data allowance of 4GB per month. Your month starts at 00:00 on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of the same month at 23:59. Data usage over 4GB within this period will be charged at £0.60 per MB. Customer support will notify you via email and phone call when 3GB of data has been reached as a warning.
9.5 Book Your Lifestyle reserves the right to terminate the Service and/or your use of the Service at its discretion without notice. Book Your Lifestyle will refund you for the balance of any amount due minus any debts due by you to Book Your Lifestyle. Book Your Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any online order if it is deemed that Book Your Lifestyle is not a good fit for you and/or Book Your Lifestyle. Any payment made will be refunded to you by Book Your Lifestyle.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
